This position was in few stages during the whole period of time:
First: Weapon Art Coordinator (Aug 2022 - Dec 2022) 5 months
Transitioning into the role of Weapon Art Team Lead, focusing on team coordination, mentoring, and improving workflows to support both creative goals and project needs.
Second: Acting Lead Weapon Artist (Jan 2023 - May 2024) 1y 5m
Growing into the role of team lead, with responsibilities including team management, setting priorities, and fostering clear and effective cross-team communication - particularly with Concept Art, Animation and Gameplay teams.
Third (Latest/Current): Lead Weapon Artist (Feb 2024 - Current)
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
- Worked as a Lead on the Phantom Liberty expansion, helping to deliver all assigned goals
- Closely collaborated with SFX, Animation, Concept Art, Gameplay, and Tech Art teams to define the vision and solve creative and technical challenges,
- Took on a mentoring role and provided regular feedback to team members
- Worked closely with Producers to manage assigned tasks and priorities
Currently working on The Witcher 4, collaborating closely - as usual - with Character Art, Gameplay, and Concept Art teams to deliver the best possible combat experience paired with a visually appealing aesthetic.
I’ve been given the opportunity to make a small shift within CD Projekt RED and join the Weapon Artists team. I’m proud and grateful for everything we accomplished together with the amazing Environment and Props team at CDPR, but I’ve also been looking forward to new challenges and what lies ahead.
My accomplishments during this time include:
- Creating new DLC weapon content for Cyberpunk 2077,
- Collaborating with concept art, gameplay, and animation teams in strike teams on unique new ideas for Phantom Liberty weapons,
I was responsible for both the visual and technical aspects of asset creation and polish during Cyberpunk 2077 production. Together with the amazing team of Asset Artists, we worked hard to ensure our assets were visually appealing and aligned with the project's vision and environments.
Worked as 3D Artist on upcoming new project, Dying Light 2 (still in development). Before that I worked also on Dying Light The Following, Dead Island Definitive Edition, Pure Farming (3D Artist support).
Creating complete 3D assets for animations and 3D interactive aplications using Unity Engine.
